Born in Little Rock and raised in North Little Rock, Dr. Brad Tilley is dedicated towards helping central Arkansas lead healthier, happier lives, both at his practice as a primary care physician in Conway and in the community through volunteer organizations. Dr. Tilley received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arkansas in 1994 and went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine degree from the UAMS College of Medicine.

Nichole Paladino serves our patients as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Born and raised in Morrilton, Nichole earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006 from the University of Central Arkansas and a Masters of Science in Nursing in 2010 from the University of Central Arkansas. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Nichole is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Rhonda serves our patients as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a Family Nurse Practitioner certification by the ANCC. Originally from Rison, Arkansas, Rhonda earned her Bachelors and Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Arkansas in 1998 and 2004, respectively.

Amber N. Tilley serves our patients as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a Family Nurse Practitioners Board Certification. Raised in Marshall, Arkansas, Amber earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Arkansas in 2004 and 2011, respectively. She became Board Certified in 2012 by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Londa Revis serves patients at our clinic by providing behavioral health and wellness care including individual, couples, and family therapy that helps with emotional wellness as well as physical wellness. Londa utilizes principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with a focus on emotional wellness and mood stability.

Jessica Burgess serves our patients at Tilley Family Medicine as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Born in San Antonio, Texas, and raised in Conway, Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011 from the University of Central Arkansas and a Masters of Science in Nursing in 2020 from the University of Central Arkansas. Jessica is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
